Who approves our business information?
An authorized manager decides which facts may be used and for which business or branch. Staff can prepare content within those approved boundaries.
What if a draft mentions something we have not approved?
The review checks for unsupported statements and can stop the draft for correction or approval of the missing information. A person still checks every draft and image.
Can it post to Facebook and Instagram?
The workspace supports a review and publishing flow for connected Facebook and Instagram accounts. The accounts must be connected and publishing enabled after setup checks.
What happens if AI generation is unavailable?
New AI drafts pause until the service is available. Existing content and approved information remain in the workspace for your team to review.
